Class Registration

Step 1: Login (or Create a New Account)

If your child has already taken a trial class and you would like to enroll him/her:

• Click on the button below to launch the student portal and Login to your online account

• If you don’t have an account yet, please select “Click Here to Register” on the portal login page

NOTE: Also, please make sure to check the box to receive account-related email notifications.

(If you have not taken a trial class yet, you may schedule a trial class HERE.)

Step 2: Enroll in a Class

 After logging in, select “Enroll in A Class” button.

Select the Season based on your desired location

• “Union City (32627 Alvarado Blvd) – Classes 2024″, or
• “Fremont (1974 Driscoll Rd) – Classes 2024″, or
• “Dublin (6715-C Dublin Blvd) – Classes 2024″  (near San Ramon)

In the Calendar, click on the Class you would like to enroll in, and select “Yes” in the confirmation prompt to complete your enrollment.

(NOTE: If needed, you may also click on the Gear/Settings icon to filter the calendar by Class Type.)

Step 3: Submit Tuition Payment

Once we receive your enrollment request, you will receive an email / invoice within 24 hours with payment options and instructions.  You may pay using Zelle, or you may bring a Cash/Check payment on the first day of class.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept cash,  checks payable to: "Green Forest Art Studio", or Zelle

If you wish to pay through student portal using Checking ACH or Credit Card (2.5% surcharge) then let us know which payment option (Option A [10 classes] or Option B [22 classes]) you prefer and we can add the charge to your online account so that you can submit payment online.

Returned Check Fee – There is a $35.00 returned check charge for any checks returned by the bank.

Enrollment – Students will be enrolled on a “first come first served” basis. Maximum class size is 8 regulsr students for each teacher present.

Minimum Class Size – If a class is canceled for under-enrollment, you will be refunded.

Missed Classes – There will be no refund for missed classes. Missed classes may be made up during the session or the session may be extended with the following restrictions. For the 10 week session, all classes must be completed within 15 weeks after the start of the session (i.e. first class). For the 22 week session, all classes must be completed within 30 weeks after the start of the session. Refunds will not be provided for any unused credits.

Guests – In order to not disturb the class, only registered students can stay in the classroom.

Pick-up and Drop-off – Parents / guardians are required to accompany students when arriving and departing. Please drop off and pick up your child on time. A fee of $1/minute will be charged for late pickups.

Washrooms – Children must be washroom independent, as no assistance will be provided.

Children may be removed from the program at the discretion of the instructor.
